So I might have been stalking you to see if you were going to post acbb because I love your stories.... No pressure though! And I saw the post for winter knights and maybe am inspired and wrote out a summary of what could be my first FanFiction ever. So.... Yeah. Thanks, I think. Sorry about the stalking :-D

So that above comment was me; I realized I have an actual account I can use. I know I said something on ao3, but here's more: your story was fantastic and I never read that many words in a day, but I somehow did. You have a great knack for putting in all the feels without it feeling... Indulgent? Is that the word I'm looking for? I spend time wondering why some authors can beat up their characters and it's emotionally thrilling, and others do it and it just seems... what's the word I'm looking for? Indulgent? Juvenile? Manipulative? Something! I obviously need a class all about analyzing fic. :-)

Anyway, when I grow up I want to be like you. Oh, wait, I'm already grown up. But lfb72 encouraged me to try and the winter knights thing gave me an idea and I joined a wrimo kind of challenge, so.... we'll see. I got hit with a huge attack of the "this sucks" doubts. The kind where I think I shouldn't post it because someone might make the very bad decision to waste their time by actually reading it.

But hey, you'll never improve unless you try, right? :-)

Ignore those doubts! Any writing you do will be great, because it comes from you. I'd totally be excited to read it! I do get it because I'm going through a bit of a writing dry spell at the moment but we have to push on through :) you're right that it's the only way we can improve! I look forward to reading whatever you write.
